Nicolas Castillo

Nicolas brings more than 13 years of commercial cleaning and facilities services experience to Cleaning Brisbane, with an extensive background managing complex, high-profile portfolios across Queensland and New South Wales. Throughout his career, he has progressed through senior site, account, area, regional and operations management roles, giving him a strong understanding of service delivery from both an on-site and strategic management perspective.

Prior to joining Cleaning Brisbane, Nicolas served as Operations Manager Queensland with ahs hospitality, where he oversaw cleaning and housekeeping operations across a significant portfolio of premium hotels throughout Brisbane and the Gold Coast, including Marriott and Holiday Inn properties and five-star hospitality environments. This experience has given Nicolas a strong understanding of the exceptionally high presentation, responsiveness and quality standards required within premium hospitality.

Nicolas also brings extensive experience managing major commercial and corporate environments, including prominent banking and office assets such as Commonwealth Bank facilities in Sydney and Darling Harbour and ANZ commercial properties. Earlier in his career, he held senior operational positions with Dimeo Cleaning Services, Bayton Group and Vivid Property Services, managing large workforces, multiple locations and demanding client portfolios.

His leadership style is hands-on, structured and focused on accountability. Nicolas works closely with clients, site teams and supervisors to ensure service standards are consistently achieved, operational issues are addressed quickly, and opportunities for continuous improvement are identified and implemented.

As Operations Manager Queensland, Nicolas plays a key role in Cleaning Brisbane’s continued growth, overseeing operational performance, workforce management, client relationships and the mobilisation of new contracts. His experience across five-star hospitality, major commercial assets and large-scale cleaning operations provides Cleaning Brisbane with significant operational capability as the business continues to expand throughout Queensland.
