Business Development Manager
We are currently seeking an an experienced Business Development Manager which will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth for the business by acquiring new clients and nurturing relationships with existing clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Generate new business opportunities through new and/or existing customers.
- Consistently achieve and exceed KPI requirements, including sales targets, conversion rate, average deal size, number of new accounts, sales activity metrics, and response and follow-up times.
- Conducting market intelligence to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs.
- Identifying and targeting prospective clients through research, lead generation, and networking.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets by closing deals with new clients and upselling to existing clients.
- Managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree desired (Business/Marketing).
- 4 to 5 years of proven sales experience in cleaning, facilities management, or a related services industry.
- Strong track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within commercial cleaning and facility management services industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
