Michelle Gagovski
Michelle has been actively involved in the growth and continuous enhancement of Cleaning Australia since its founding in 2008 by her husband, David Gagovski. Right from the outset, she has been a staunch supporter of David’s vision to establish a company that excels in its field, all the while prioritising the well-being and esteem of its workforce.
Michelle’s professional journey within the organisation encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including overseeing corporate compliance and risk management, handling administrative tasks, managing tender processes, overseeing contracts, and ensuring compliance with contractual commitments. Additionally, she holds the pivotal role of implementing and overseeing Cleaning Australia’s comprehensive quality systems, which have resulted in the company’s attainment of accreditation in areas such as Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental Management.
Michelle’s background is rooted in the legal sector, where she has garnered experience in various facets of the industry. Her work spans across plaintiff, defensive, and corporate law firms, where she has contributed her expertise to esteemed firms like Slater and Gordon, Maurice Blackburn, DLA Phillips Fox, as well as providing support to legal counsel and the board of BlueScope Steel.
